Jamie Russ
With 10 years of experience behind him, Jamie manages the production, development, and quality control of all Growth Ag products at the manufacturing plant in Goondiwindi. Jamie plays an integral part in refining chemical formulations and developing new processes to enhance our products. Having been involved in Agriculture in many different facets ranging from a farm manager to a diesel mechanic and now production manager, Jamie has a unique skill set that is hard to beat.

In October 2023, Michael Cook joined the Growth Ag Team as the Business Development Manager. Michael brings over 10 years of experience as National sales Manager for one of Australia’s leading Cotton publications and you might recognise his friendly face from trade shows/conferences. Michael will be the driving force behind our commercial growth and development in both new and existing areas. Michael is from a farming family with an Ag background and is based in Toowoomba with his fabulous wife and kids.
